The Sphynxify platform and related websites and services (collectively, the "Services") are owned and operated by Burnana Concept ("Burnana Concept", "we", "us", or "our"), under the brand name Sphynxify ("Sphynxify"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Services. By accessing, visiting, or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. 6. Billing and Payment

6.1 Pricing and Fees

Our pricing and fees are displayed on our website. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Changes will not apply to active subscriptions until the next billing cycle.

6.2 Payment Methods

You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for subscription fees and other applicable charges. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe) and subject to their terms.

6.3 Billing Cycle

Unless otherwise specified, subscriptions are billed monthly on the date of signup. You can view your billing history and manage payment methods in your account settings.

6.4 Refunds

Except as required by law, subscriptions are generally non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. Partial refunds are not available for mid-month cancellations.

7.2 No Guarantee of Results

7.3 Service Availability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• BURNANA CONCEPT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES
• BURNANA CONCEPT'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICES IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM
• SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW DISCLAIMER OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY, IN WHICH CASE THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Burnana Concept and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to:

• Your use of the Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of applicable laws or third-party rights
• User Content you provide or share
• Your conduct or interactions with other users

10. Third-Party Services and Links

Our Services may integrate with, contain links to, or allow access to third-party websites, applications, and services ("Third-Party Services"). We do not control or endorse Third-Party Services and are not responsible for:

• The arbitration shall take place in California
